Eligibility

Age older than or equal to 6.00 and younger than or equal to 14.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.

Restrictions

Participants must be between the age 3 and 6 years old.

WINT Homeschool: Homegrown Gardeners

Homeschool programs are designed to be drop-off programs for youth. A waiver form will be attached to your receipt and must be completed and submitted with your child at drop off.

Homeschool programs take place rain or shine. Parts of this program may take place outdoors.

Cost: $10 / Child
Location: Wint Nature Center within Independence Oaks County Park in Clarkston

Explore soil science, plant biology and gardening. Participants will create their own compost bins and use them for a soil science project. Connect to food webs, pollinators and various ecosystems.
