The Springfield Oaks Event Center offers a beautiful multi-room venue for larger weddings, receptions, celebrations and other gatherings. The facility has capacity for up to 800 with tables. Rental fee is $2,000 for exclusive use for six hours weekday/weekend. Many choose to rent the Event Center for the entire weekend for the cost of only $3,000. Round or rectangular tables are available. Large events may need to use both types of tables.

The Carousel Hall provides an intimate setting with plenty of natural light. Exclusive use of the Carousel Hall is $1,200/day on the weekend. Groups may have one-hour meetings that don’t require park staff set up or exclusive all-day use for $50/hour. Round or rectangular tables are available. Large events may need to use both types of tables.

The Historic Ellis Barn at Springfield Oaks County Park is the picture-perfect backdrop for any size wedding. The rental season is May through mid-October since the barn is not heated. The barn is a 'DIY' venue. The Bride and Groom envision their wedding and bring in their vendors of choice. This includes, but is not limited to, caterers, DJs, and tables/chairs.

Since the barn does not have a fire suppression system, no heating elements are allowed inside. A heated and air-conditioned Restroom Trailer is located next to the barn and an Accessible Restroom Facility is in the park for those who require assistance. Transportation to this facility is provided by parks staff.

Open tours of the Barn are from mid-May through October on Wednesday evenings. For more information or to schedule a private tour, please call 248-599-2708. There are no tours during July.

Capacity and Rates:
The Ellis Barn has two levels with an interior stairwell connecting them. There is also a vertical lift for persons with mobility issues. The following capacities include space for a dance floor and bar area:
•Lower level Reception using round tables; maximum 150 capacity
•Lower level Reception using rectangle tables; maximum 130 capacity
•Lower level Ceremony using chairs; maximum 280 capacity
•Upper level Reception using round or rectangle tables; maximum 240 capacity
•Upper level Ceremony using chairs; maximum 350 capacity

The 2024 rental fee of $6,000 includes:
•Both levels of the barn
•Access to the site on Friday (noon/12 p.m.-midnight/12 a.m.) for set-up/rehearsal
•Access all day Saturday (8 a.m.-midnight/12 a.m.)
•Access Sunday (10a.m.-noon/2p.m.) for clean-up
•A $500 security deposit, in addition to the $6,000rental fee, will be returned within 90 days post event assuming there is no damage to the barn or property during the rental period.

The Lyon Oaks Event Center overlooks Lyon Oaks Golf Course, an Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship course located on 230 acres. It is conveniently located in the southwest corner of Oakland County in Lyon Township just north of I-96.

Guests enter the event center through a warm and inviting lobby with a fireplace. The dining room, which has room for between 250 and 400 people, features floor to ceiling windows that provide incredible views of the pristinely maintained golf course. A large walk-out patio with tables and chairs are available for your guests to enjoy. The event center has a built-in bar and dance floor, buffet room and hospitality room.

Customers are welcome to ‘DIY’ the space or bring in vendors of their choice. The event center does not provide food or beverages so customers must provide their own or hire an outside vendor.

The White Lake Oaks Event Center overlooks White Lake Oaks Golf Course, a scenic 18-hole course located on 197 acres. It is conveniently located in the center of Oakland County by M-59 in White Lake near the Oakland County International Airport.

The dining room, which has room for up to approximately 183 people, features cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling bay windows that offer beautiful views of the pristinely maintained golf course. The event center has a built-in bar, buffet room and hospitality room.

Customers are welcome to ‘DIY’ the space or bring in vendors of their choice. The event center does not provide food or beverages so customers must provide their own or hire an outside vendor.
